Capital City Flute Club
The Capital City Flute Club (CCFC) is a non-profit organization which serves the performance and music education needs of the greater Boise and Idaho flute community.


Inclusion
The Capital City Flute Club is a safe place for ALL flute enthusiasts. The CCFC values diversity and is welcoming to all, regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religion. All members are expected to maintain an atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive and avoid any statements or actions that could lead to another member feeling unsafe or unwelcome.
Membership
Active membership is open to flute students, teachers, professionals and hobbyists ages 12 and up. An annual membership fee secures membership from February 1st through January 31st each year.

An invitation to perform in any of the CCFC Ensembles.

Members may elect to have their contact information and/or a link for their studio listed on the CCFC website.

Free admission to our workshop series.

Ensembles
The Capital City Flute Orchestra (CCFO) is a non-auditioned ensemble open to the general membership of the CCFC. The orchestra performs two concerts annually, one in the Fall and one in the Spring. The CCFO also participates in events around the community such as art shows, Festival of Trees, and private events. Rehearsals take place weekly on Thursdays in preparation for each respective performance. Music performed includes levels 3 and 4. There is an additional membership cost for CCFO members to cover expenses for music, rehearsal spaces, and performance venues.
